There to help field some of the morespecific questions will be EcoBroker Gretchen Janzow, who is currently working with a few local groups in the process of buying land for an intentional community. `Intentional Community' is a generally inclusive term for covillages, cohousing, residential land trusts, student co-ops, urban housing cooperatives, and other projects where people with a common vision work towards the creation of a community that is in keeping with a defined set of goals. From a sustainable aspect, Intentional Communities present an innovative solution to dealing with today's environmental and social challenges; presenting a viable alternative to sprawling suburban builder homes and increasingly gentrified urban neighborhoods.</SPAN></FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Georgia" size="4"><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13.3px;"><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></SPAN></FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Georgia" size="4"><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13.3px;">Join us for the fun part of being globally aware November 30th from 5:30-7:30ish</SPAN></FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Georgia" size="4"><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13.3px;">at Opal Divines: 6th and Rio Grande at the upstairs bar adjacent to the terrace.</SPAN></FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 13.3px/normal Georgia; min-height: 15px; "><BR></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 13.3px/normal Georgia; min-height: 15px; "><BR></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 13.3px/normal Georgia; min-height: 15px; "><BR></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Georgia" size="4"><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13.3px;">About Green Drinks</SPAN></FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 13.3px/normal Georgia; min-height: 15px; "><BR></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Georgia" size="4"><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13.3px;">Green Drinks Happy Hours are informal events that happens about once</SPAN></FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 13.3px/normal Georgia; min-height: 15px; "><BR></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Georgia" size="4"><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13.3px;">a month in Austin.
